George D. McGill, Esquire
George D. McGill graduated from Seton Hall Law School in 1990 and was admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey in December of that same year. George represents a diversified clientele before the municipal land use boards across Monmouth and Ocean Counties and regularly appears before the land use Boards of City of Asbury Park and Belmar. George has extensive experience from the municipal perspective as well. He presently serves as the attorney for the Planning Board of the Borough of Spring Lake, the Planning Board Attorney for the City of Trenton and the attorney for the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the City of Trenton. He is the former Borough Attorney of the Borough of Belmar and of the Borough of Bradley Beach. George has extensive litigation experience. He has tried cases to a verdict in personal injury matters, contract disputes and presently represents clients before the Chancery Courts regarding probate and property matters. George began his career handling personal injury matters for one of the major insurance carriers in this State and diversified his practice thereafter to include land use and real estate, property and probate matters, and business transactions. George has now practiced in Belmar for over 25 years. He has practiced before the local municipal courts during that time and is familiar with local procedures and customs. George likes to work hard to meet his client’s needs.
